Yealink T43U – Shared Parking Caller ID Visibility

We’re running Yealink T43U phones with shared parking enabled and trying to improve visibility for our users. The goal is simple: when a call is parked, colleagues want to see who the caller is on the parking key before picking it up.


We’ve tested and reviewed the following phone-side settings:

• Caller ID Source (FROM / PAI / RPID / combinations)
• Shared Line (Disabled / Shared Call Appearance / Draft BLA)
• Shared Line Call Pull Feature Access Code
• SIP trunk headers (From, PAI, RPID)
• BLF parking keys vs shared lines

Despite multiple configurations, parked calls only show slot status (idle / busy) and never display caller name or number.


Has anyone successfully made caller ID appear on shared parking keys on the T43U?

Regarding your question, this is not possible. Caller IDs are not being sent to shared parking BLF slots, I'm afraid. Only the notify message is sent to the shared park BLF keys to change the light to red.
