Yealink T46 use BLF as quick transfer to a queue

Hi everyone, I have a phone which is manned by volunteers, they seem incapable of remembering that calls for a certain department should be forwarded to a queue extension 822 and keep transferring to individuals even if they're not at their desk or on holiday. They have a sidecar and I would like to assign one of the keys to said departmental queue so all they have to do is hit transfer and then the blf key to transfer to the queue. Does anyone know if this is possible? I can't seem to assign to a queue extension in the blf properties.

It is not possible to assign a BLF key and show presence of a Queue.

Hi Graham.

There are a few different ways you can go with this, one is to use a Custom Speed dial to the Queue number directly and the second is to create a dummyextension, and then in its forwarding rules, have it send it to the Queue.
