Yealink T46S background

I have tried uploading a picture for the background on a Yealink T46S under the format needed (480*272 bd24) and the background uploaded but it has knocked of the BLFs and function keys from the phone. Is there something I should be doing so that it displays the keys with the background.

The firmware is up to date according to the 3cx - 66.86.0.5

I'll double check with the customer but I have set the screensaved timeout to 30 minutes so as long as they are pressing something it should be good as just the background?

yeah, lift the receiver and put it back down again should do it.
