Yealink T46S extension number field in display too short

Hi,
By my T46S, the extension number and the name of the extension is show at the left corner.
But the field is too short, so the number and name are moving.

Is it possible to make the field bigger, to display the number and name without moving.

The full name which is displayed is 901 I Büro T46S

It depends.

It is defined by the default template from 3CX for the yealinks as "$Extension | $Firstname $Lastname". This is in almost every case to long which leads to annoying scrolling. I had never seen a default label that is short enough to avoid scrolling. Ok. Maybe "123 | Test" would work.

The very best solution would be, if you can select which data should be used in this fields in 3CX Management Console.

The quickest solution is to use a custom template, where you change the account.1.display_name into something like "%%extension_last_name%%" only.

But aware: custom templates are not supported and you will lose support from 3CX ...

I already make the labels from the BLF keys longer in the template, I thought this is also possible by the extension/name in the left corner.

But when it´s not possible I will use the extension number only, because the names of the extensions are not so important.

I think this is an restriction by yealink.

You can define what is included in the field using the template but not how big the field is. That is a request for Yealink.
