I have a Yealink T46S IP Phone which is connected to a 3CX extension. The firmware is 66.86.0.15 (Latest firmware for 3CX). I have configured BLFs for call pickup correctly but even the BLF lights wont come on. The extensions are displayed but they are inactive. Like they display with a small circle rather than in green on the phones screen. have even given the extension system owner rights as it is Version 20.0 Update 3. I am using auto-provisioning. I have reset the phone, added to dummy extension it behaved the same. I reset seceral times still the same. Anyone who has experienced the issue before and how to resolve
