Solved Yealink T46U Provision Issue

Hi All,

I am new to 3CX, I am currently trying to provision my Yealink T46U Deskphones, total 12 of them.

Planning to have 2 Router Phones, each Router Phone will be having 5 remote phones.

All deskphones firmware version is up-to-date, followed the guide below for provisioning but somehow Register Failed.

I am using V20, hosted by 3CX, below is the status of registration.

What is the firmware version of the phone?
Are you trying to add it as router phone?

Firmware version is 108.86.0.70 (T46U Yealink)

Yes, I am trying to add it as router phone. In the end, I will have 2 router phones & 10 remote phones.

But now this is my first provisioning. So I need it as router phone

As a first step remove the device from the extension. Then factory reset and update the firmware to the latest supported firmware version. Since you ensure you are using the correct firmware repeat provisioning process.
