Solved yealink t48s phone for two line?

I don't know if this is the correct way to set this up. But currently out of the box using the 3cx provision. When a user call extension 100, the phone ring and she pick it up. Another user try to call extension 100 and get send to straight to voicemail. How do I make the phone not go straight to voicemail and instead ring or flash so I have the option to pick it up while still on the other call? Do I just simple assign one of the button for line 2? Is this the correct way to do this? or is there a better way?
