Yealink T53 Firmware Wont Upgrade / No Service

I have a Yealink T53 running firmware 95.84.0.125
The phone will not update to new firmware for the life of me. I tired the current version, I have tired older versions (.74) nothing works. Running this old firmware the phone will provision but shows no service.

When I upgrade it end up with an error, "Reboot, Failed!" when I manually reboot the phone the firmware is never updated. The phone is stuck on a "Firmware Update..." screen.

*** I have 3 other phones just like this one that the firmware upgraded fine on and provisioned to the server, register and have been working great.
