Yealink T53 won't provision anymore

I have a Yealink T53 and it won't auto provision anymore, even when I paste the provision url inside the phone and press provision now it says operation complete but it doesn't do anything.
My 3CX runs on Digital Ocean.

Problem solved, it was a firewall issue on our end
