Solved Yealink T53W Router Phone

Hi Guys,

I am trying to provision a Yealink T53W remotely but am having issues. Using the Webclient I add the phone to a user selecting the remote option. It creates the SIP on the hosted 3cx but does not register.

Any help will be much appreciated.

You have posted in the SIP Trunks Forum rather than the IP Phone Forum.

Is the set behind an SBC. Are you self hosting, or if not, who hosts your 3CX Install (which version are you using)?

Sorry about that. it was the SBC SIP that was showing red. However, I have tweaked the firewall and now it is all working. The Yealink T53W is now registered as a SBC sip and the phone has [provisioned. The firewall at the remote end was blocking the phone IP address on port 5090.
