Yealink T54W BLF

Hi All,

We have started deploying some T54W's with an EXP50 module.
When they are provisioned you normally start filling the BLF keys at position 28 and so on...

With the T54W i can start at whatever point i want it just begins with key 1 on the phone.
All is up-to-date!

3CX Cloud: 16.0.8.9 (Professional)
Yealink T54W: 96.84.188.6

Any ideas?

Hey @MauriceL

First off, the firmware you mention is not actually the latest one, can you upgrade to the latest 3CX Supported firmware? Also, with what provisioning method is the device provisioned (SBC, STUN, Local) and is it a Hotdesking device?

Edit: After inspecting the firmware you mentioned I have noticed that it is a Lydis firmware. Can you please test with the latest 3CX Supported firmware(link above) and let me know if the issue persists?
