I have an issue with a few phones at a remote location lose connection once or twice a day for about 10 minutes. This customer has an on prem server and the remote phones connect over the network tunnel. There are quite a few phones at the remote location but only 3 of them are reporting the problem. The only difference I'm finding is the 3 phones with the issue are on V96.87.0.16 and all the others are 96.86.0.76. One phone started having the issue after I updated it for troubleshooting purposes. I don't have any phones running the lastest firmware at the main location where the server is located so I'm not sure if it has to do only with remote phones and I'm hesitant to update more phones until I figure it out. It doesn't allow me to roll the firmware back to 96.86.0.76. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi,

We recommend you open a ticket with Yealink for further assistance.

Meanwhile if you are familiar with wireshark, you can also capture and analyze the phone traffic and try to understand why they cannot reach their server during those times, the network should be the first thing to suspect even if other phones appear to be fine.
