Hello I have an issue at a client.

Can you tell me why ? and How i ca add the Phone its quiet urgent

It give me this menu

When i put the model and MAC address

I can choose other SBC phone but can't create a new

Is there a Limitation.

Note that there are already 2 T57W set as Router Phone.

STUN is no longer supported in V20, but luckily this model is a router phone.

1. Make 100% sure that the phone has this specific firmware from here otherwise it will not be able to become a router phone: https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

2. After the firmware is installed, you must factory reset the phone (very important)

After this, the phone will download the router config, enable the built-in SBC and finally it should become registered.

If that didn't work, make sure you delete the phone and add it again the same way, and factory reset again. It has to be done in this specific order: First firmware, then add in 3CX, then factory reset
