Yealink T57W Contacts

Good day,

Trying to get the personal contacts to push to the phone. On the webclient and phone app side it shows the contacts but on the physical phone it doesnt populate. Performed a reprovision and reboot but nothing took. Do these contacts have to be entered from the phone itself such as the web ui or from its panel phyiscally? Just not sure since I've had luck with importing for the global contact list, works fine but on the personal lists for users they're reporting they see nothing on their physical phones.

Regarding contacts and IP Phones, the only contacts that can be seen on IP Phones are contacts entered under the company phonebook, found under the management console > Advanced > Contact section. In addition, only numbers in the mobile phone number field of contacts within the company phonebook will be shown on IP Phones.
