Yealink T58V Video Calls

Hi Team,
Has anyone got video calling working via Hosted 3cx? We have tried both video calls via SBC and Stun, the calls starts ok and the audio works fine, but the video freezes after 2-5 seconds?

The status of video over these phones with 3CX I would say is questionable as to its level of support. However technically this should work fine but you would need to enable PBX delivers audio to the remote extensions for this to work .

What I can say is I have successfully got the Yealink T49G (un-supported video phone) working fine with a video connection to 3CX phone - are you talking here about a video connection between 2 T58v's if so could you try to a 3CX phone and see whether this remains the same.

3CX Phone uses the tunnel to connect (port 5090) the same as the SBC so it would be interesting to see.

Have you tried tracing this issue to see what result you get ? You will need to look in the SDP body.
Video traffic uses the protocol RTSP = Real time streaming protocol (RTSP) which runs over UDP.
