Yealink T5x Custom Template

I am only offered the option of T56 or T58 when I upload a custom template for the Yealink T5x series, I cannot see the T54W on this list. Am I doing something wrong?

The template simply doesn't have the model line in the XML. Add it. Check the default templates to see the exact line you need.

As you may already know, we do not support the use of custom templates, however, you may want to consider reading through this guide which explains the steps required for creating them: https://www.3cx.com/docs/custom-ip-phone-templates/

Note: The T54W actually uses the following template file: yealinkT4x.ph.xml. That said, please make sure that this is the template file you copy from when creating the custom template for the T54W.
