Hey there!
I run a 3CX system with approximately 100 Yealink VP530 phones. All phones are on firmware 23.70.0.40 firmware. Overall, they work fine, but over time, the phones get glitchy. After a few months of use, the phone essentially freezes where the user can't hear the other side, or vice versa. After this occurs, the phone can not take calls until rebooted.
Does anyone run a firmware other than the recommended 23.70.0.40 on these phones? Yealink has hundreds of revisions since this version, but its stated as the one to use with 3CX.
Thanks!
Jim
