Afternoon. We currently have an estate of roughly 200-250 old W52P Dect Phones out on the estate, Replacing is an ongoing thing but cannot be completed in one chunk.
We are currently Migrating to a new server and set up which means these phones need to connect back to us via STUN instead of Local LAN. The latter no longer being supported by our Network (sites breakout straight to the web and connect back to our server. Retroactively installing SBC's is also out of the question at this point in time.
So we have manually configured roughly 20 phones back to the server via STUN, with no issues at all, however after that every W52p we try to register back to the server in the exact same way is failing to register.
Its like the server does not see the traffic properly. The phones send a request, and there is nothing in the activity log, no failed authentication requests.
Has anyone got any advice?
