Yealink W56H - Forbidden when calling voice mailbox

I initially had some connectivity issues with my handsets. The got solved by a factory reset and re-provisioning.

Now, I am having trouble calling the voice mailbox (99999). It shows Forbidden. Surprisingly, this actually worked before the factory reset and rte-provisioning.

I am planning on doing some more research today.

Hi, using FREE or SMB versions the extension length is 5 digits

So you should dial 99999 instead of 9999

Sorry, this has been a typo. It should say "99999" in my post above and I have now corrected that.

give it a try using the webclient dialing exactly 99999 also check the user restrictions

I think we are getting somewhere!

While there are no restrictions for either handset, I have been able to call the voice mailbox using the web client. So, there is something about the DECT extensions the system doesn't seem to like or at least it looks like it.

OK. I have just tried it again and suddenly the extensions can call the voice mailbox.

While I am happy that the problem is gone, I am also somewhat confused. I mean I haven't changed any related configuration objects. Really bizarre!

Anyhow, I will keep an eye on it, but this is apparently fixed for now.
