Hi,

Just configured 2 Yealink W56H phones connected on a W60B base and when I try to access the 3CX phonebook, I get a "Connect error".

When I paste the phonebook url in a browser, I can access the XML file.

I used the FXS/DECT section to configure the phone. Everything else seems to be fine.

Anyone else ever had this issue ?

Is the base unit on the same IP address range of the 3CX ?

If not have you enable the correct incoming ports on the firewall - tcp 5000 and 5001

The system is cloud based so I didn't forward any ports locally on my router. If I use the wrong template (let's say T46S) to manually provision the W56H, the phonebook works fine. I only have the problem if I use the FXS/DECT section.

If you log into the base unit, what is the url for the address book - does it have an IP address or FQDN address

Can you access it from a PC using the address book url from above ?

FQDN and yes I can access it, like I said in the original post.

hi,
Did you solve the problem?
i've got the same here, with 3 DECT on the same DECT Base,
That's the one thing that doesn't work for me.

in addition,
the Webclient does not detect the phone either, it displays "Phone not connected".
I've seen posts about the SP5 problem
Somebody managed to solve this problem, it's very penalizing.
I have other 3CX standards with W56H DECTs that work and have been updated to SP5 without problems.

We're making progress...
I finally solved the problem of the phone not connected in the web client by replacing the CSTA_USER_AGENTS parameters by those of a non SP5 version, after restarting the services, everything is ok in the webclient. (Warning : i think this must be done again if we make updates)

on the other hand, still impossible to browse the 3CX Phone Book from the DECT (W56H)
