Yealink w73h Line Invalid

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a Yealink w73h dect phone.
I have followed the setup instructions https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-dect-phones/
However I cannot get the handset to register.
The register status constantly flips between registering and register failed.
I have tried rebooting router, Cloud pbx and both the base station and handset.

Am I missing something?

Hi I wonder what is the provisioning method that you are using?

Also did you check that both the base and handset are using the supported firmware as shown here

Hi Alejandro,

I am using the latest firmware for both base station and handset.
I have been using the provisioning link provided by the 3CX admin console pasted into the auto provision section of the phone interface.

Checking the logs I seem to be getting an error

Hi Luke,

Please be careful on what information you post in the forum. Information like mac addresses and FQDNs as well as auth ids should be redacted before posting.
