Yealink WH63 keyboard combinations?

Hi, I've had a few grumbles from my users recently when using Yealink WHB630 headsets with 3CX. My users are convinced that when answering a call (by pressing answer button on headset) that outlook will just send the email they are typing! I've turned off the alt+enter shortcut in outlook but they said it still happens. It isn't every time.

Another user has today reported that when answering a call, the entire sentance they were typing changed font and size. I have been able to do this by pressing ctrl+alt+1 as this changes format text style, so I can only assume that the headset may have triggered this or a similar key combination.

Has anyone else come across this? I caj't see any option or mention in their manual which could be doing this.

This is something that you need to check with Yealink as this is not something that 3CX Client can generate.

Thanks, yes I'm aware its only happening to my users who have these headsets so its clearly the issue. I've reached out to Yealink as well but was just seeing if any of the 3CX community had come across it.

Sure maybe someone else also experienced this issue however this is more related with Yealink and any additional software that is installed.
