You are not able to make this call

I am in the UK and when i try dial a UK number say for example 07899 888888 - the system thinks i am dialing 007 and blocks the call:

Call from [101] to [07899888888] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [007]. Reason: 07899888888 contains Prefix 007. Calls to 007 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.

Check that your outbound rule does not have a prefix filled in for 0 and is not, in turn, set to tip 1 digit.
