Solved Your calls will be recorded

I need to setup an auto attendant to answer incoming calls automatically and play a "Your calls will be recorded..." message and then after the message is complete, automatically connect to a ring group.

Any suggestion?

Cant find anything specific about this setup.

look at the IVR setting. You can record any message and indicate where the calls are then received. For example, in a call group.

Yes, I understand that part, I have done that for other customers. What I don't know how to do is set the IVR to automatically transfer the call to a ring group after the recording is played. The other IVR's I have setup require the person calling to press a selection 0-9 to continue. I don't want the caller to do anything other than listen to the recording.

You could do a CFD
Alternatively...
You could do the AA and do "if no selection in x time, send to" the call queue
Alternatively...
You could do DID to a call queue, message about recording, dna on the call queue to the ring group.

Within the ivr Set Destination for invalid or no DTMF input/script timeout to 1 sec and forward call to the ring group
