Solved Your Subscription expired banner

We set up a new client with a trial, then purchased a license. The GUI shows a banner at the top of each page:

Your Subscription expired on 03/09/2020. Without subscription you lose access to important features. Find out more .

That is for the trial. The new license is installed and valid, shows expiring 2021, etc. How does one get the banner to go away?

did you refresh licence info ?
is the trial licence always available in your partner portal? or is it new bought licence?

Refresh License Key Information button doesn't remove the banner, and the license page still shows 3/3/2021.

The trial key is not showing in the partner portal. We bought the new license direct from 3CX via the portal, and used Replace License Key.

Hi @SteveITS

Try restarting the management console service and see if that removes the banner.

The banner is gone today. If Refresh license did something it either happened overnight or the banner stayed until logging off and logging on this morning. I had of course logged on and off several times since last week when the license was purchased.
