hi there,
i had a FREE 3cx selfhosted instance for quite some time already, buta few days ago i noticed it was not working well, I was not able to pick up calls on others phone/extensions, so i went to the admin portal and saw noticed :
ACTIVATION FAILED
The product cannot be activated because the license key is for a previous version. Upgrade license key or purchase maintenance from here

Is there any way to continue using my previous free version, cuz its now asking me to buy a suscripiton for 3cxPRO for money that i don't have.
How to continue using the free version?

The key associated with your account is still valid and should work, so the problem is elsewhere.....Maybe you are using a different key then the one associated with your account.

i did click on renew and it got fixed. thanks for the help.
