Have any of you found awesome ways to implement Zabbix with v20? I'd love to be able to see stats like extensions up, active calls, and call quality related items if that is somehow possible. Not sure if anyone has gone to lengths to make a template for it yet. I've got v7.0.2 working on our demo server using templates: 3cx services linux, linux by zabbix agent, systemd by zabbix agent 3cx specific. However none of that really tells me anything more than mem, disk, cpu usage, and services up/down.

Or maybe there is a way we can make a template utilizing the xapi within the zabbix server so that we don't even have to install a zabbix agent?

3CX is working on a Grafana integration. I'm not exactly sure what the integration will include, but Grafana offers a multitude of features, reports, statistics, and of course monitoring.

As for XAPI, it is designed to read, write, and delete configurations in 3CX, not to obtain call and agent statistics. At most, you might be able to get the number of users, queues, and concurrent calls.

3CX is also working on a WebClient Rest API and a CallControl Rest API, which should meet your needs for obtaining statistics.
