    Hello @YiannisH_3CX Thank you for the reply. The VM can be played directly on the server. The issue happens randomly. Once ever so often a VM will come through on email that can not be played. All over VMs are fine. Any ideas?

    I am trying to access my 3CX BPX portal and it is not coming up. I am getting "This site can’t be reached" error. Is anyone else having issues? I tried to ping the IP and that is not working also.
