    Yes, I tried that! It seems like the DID I've set up is dominant over the CIDs, even though I pushed it below the CIDs. Do I need to remove to DID completely and set it to a * CID or something?

    Correct! But in my situation the user dials the ring group from his external mobile number and not from the app. This happens when the user is outside, due to mobile data plan limits.

    Yes, my number rings the ISP modem line instead of 3CX. My ISP says I can only use voip when I use a modem of my own, but I got it working anyway.
