    Hi, If someone wants to answer a call through the 3CX mobile app without dialing *20*, what options are available? For example, can the call be picked up from the contact list or the Teams list?

    We have a 3CX Ring Group with two users. If no one answers, the call is forwarded to a call queue with the same two users plus an additional user. Issue: If none of the queue members are available, another user (not in the Ring Group or queue) tried to pick up the call using the 3CX mobile app...
