How to pickup a call from 3CX app without *20*

Hi,

If someone wants to answer a call through the 3CX mobile app without dialing *20*, what options are available? For example, can the call be picked up from the contact list or the Teams list?

Unfortunately, I dont believe this is possible.

@H&K Have you tried a custom speed dial BLF for *20* ?
