    no it is not reaching to SIP provider, just international calls only , other local calls are working fine

    thank @TheodorosG_3CX for quick reply, please the attached outbound rule , when i dial the number , it says call not establised contact administeator. SIP provider saying they can see internation number hitting there server. International destination is - singapore

    HI , i am unable to make internatinall calls, internation calls are already allowed on SIP end porvider, didnt find option to "Allow Country Codes" 3CX free version.

    @TheodorosG_3CX yes I configured the SMS same way , but on receving end it is showing mobile number insted of Alphanumeric Sender ID

    Hi @Alejandro_3CX dose it also work to sent SMS from 3cx app, I mean it will show Alphanumeric ID when SMS sent from 3cx app. if yes is there any configuration guide as it is not workign for me.
