network unavailable on T33G handset during call

Hi, I received a message saying, "Network not available on t 33G handset during the call; however, other handsets are working fine. The issue is only with one extension. This message stays for a couple of seconds, and then the call gets muted. After that, it starts working as usual."

The current firmware version is 124.86.0.40.

Hi @HARVINDER SINGH

Swap the phone with something else and see if that fixes the issue. Also try changing cables or even the port on the wall. Sometimes the connection is barely good enough to power the phone and have it working most of the time but the connection to the network is lost. Or perhaps it's a bad phone. You can also try to factory reset and reprovision the device.
