Setup Twilio SMS service

HI ,
I need assitance on setup twilio SMS service,
is it possible to use SIP trunk from diffrent provider and SMS from twilio.
if yes how to configure .

This can be done easily as 3CX enables you to connect multiple SIP Trunks to your system. SMS is now configured at a Trunk level, so you would need to set up both Provider's trunks and then simply configure your inbound / outbound rules to route all calls through the first trunk. You would also need to configure your inbound rules to route SMS via Twilio. Here is the guide to configuring Twilio trunks and setting up their SMS features. You may even want to deselect "Allow inbound calls" and "Allow outbound calls" on Twilio if you are only wanting to use it for SMS services. Please note that you will need a separate number for your SMS with Twilio.
