  1. HTTP to HTTPS redirect

OK, in the case of on-premises installation (or generally shared IP-address), where non-standard ports are commonly used, it doesn't make much sense. Seems like my suggestion is not for everyone. I can see that. But the trend goes towards cloud-based installations, especially with new "PBX...
  2. HTTP to HTTPS redirect

I have noticed that, in order to access the management console or the webclient, you always have to type out https://mycompanyname.3cx.de. If you where to just type mycompanyname.3cx.de, nothing will happen. This might only be a very small inconvenience and problems related to it (forget it...
  3. 1&1 cloud server: Is it save to do OS upgrade?

Of course, if there is no other way, I will have to do it this way. I just wanted to know in advance. There is a difference between 20 minutes downtime with no work for me and a complete new installation / restore that could potentially cause a whole day of downtime, especially if I get a new IP...
  4. 1&1 cloud server: Is it save to do OS upgrade?

Hi, I had problems with 3CX update, similar to the situation described in this thread. With the information there, I was able to fix it and successfully update. Thus, I am now on SP6 (15.5.15502.6). Next step would be OS upgrade, which 3CX is offering on the update page. However, my system is...
  5. CTI does always send *77*5* to hot desking devices instead of dialed number (causing log-out)

We need TAPI. As far as I am aware of, the web client does not support this.
  6. CTI does always send *77*5* to hot desking devices instead of dialed number (causing log-out)

Hmm, OK. Sounds a bit like an unnecessary limitation. Hope, this will change in the future. Thank you very much for the information, anyway! Now going to reconfigure the phones for single user operation again... :(
  7. CTI does always send *77*5* to hot desking devices instead of dialed number (causing log-out)

Hi, I have few snom D765 phones set up as hotdesking devices and I am also running the 3CX client on the Windows machines at these work places. The PBX system is hosted in the cloud, thus all phones are behind Raspberry Pi SBCs. At first, everything seemed to work fine. The phones are working...
  8. Blacklisted numbers will trigger backup routing of SIP provider (Easybelle)

I don't know what exactly 3CX is sending. The activity log only says the following: [Flow] Call(C:1153): caller's number '0151123456789' is in blacklistAnd the call is instantly redirected to the number that I have configured as backup route. If the number is not on the blacklist, it will of...
  9. Blacklisted numbers will trigger backup routing of SIP provider (Easybelle)

Well, Easybelle is an approved carrier. That is part of the reason, why I am using it.^^ Also according to this document, they seem to have a support cooperation. So, yes, hopefully they will be able to fix it.
  10. Blacklisted numbers will trigger backup routing of SIP provider (Easybelle)

Hi, I added some numbers in "Settings -> Blacklisted Numbers" because I keep getting unwanted automated calls from these numbers on a daily basis. Unfortunately this does not have the desired effect of declining these calls. Instead they are redirected to my mobile phone. I now figured out...
  11. Solved How to view which number a caller has dialed?

Thank you very much! I do have inbound rules, but apparently I never gave them any name. Changing this did indeed solve my problem. :)
