    Thanks guzzitech. I noticed last night that one phone was showing up in Voice and Chat as SBC Phone. This morning that entry seems to have disappeared. With SBC phone gone I was able to re-provision the IP Phones to the new extensions without issue.

    Thanks guzzitech. I discovered that one of the phones was sitting as SBC Phone in Voice and Chat. It seems to have disappeared overnight and I have since been able to provision the phones to new extensions as you describe.
