Solved SIP Trunk Authentication Error

Hi there. Ive recently set up sip trunk with VOIP.ms. When setting up the trunk in SMB Free I am receiving an authentication error. I get the following error in the logs:

Registration to VOIP.ms has failed. sip:[email protected]:5060 replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:xxx.xxx.xx.xx:5060

Is anyone able to advise what I should do?

This issue has been resolved. The problem seems to have been related to a firewall issue.
