Hi All.
Hoping someone can offer some assistance.
I have 2 x T54W. First phone I attempted to autoprovision I got IP Blocked as I didnt realise the firmware release importance.
I have since updated both phones to the T5XW-96.86.0.81 from 3CX firmware list under T54W.

Because of the IP b/list I'm logging in through another network and I'm attempting to autoprovision the second phone. Following the steps for T5 Yealink phones input
the provisioning url the phone is linked to the user in 3cx gui but the phone itself is has not provisioned. Status is "no service".

Hunting the forums etc but I cant see where I'm going wrong.

Also, phone has been factory reset prior to autop.

Did you set it as a phone router ?

Hi,

Specifically in the following order:

1. delete both phones
2. factory reset both
3. add them back using the "Connect directly"
4. reboot them and wait for the phones to provision

Note: It will take 24 hours from the last attempt to unban your IP.

Thanks John I was coming around to this conclusion. Should I wait out the ban before attempting to reprovision?

Yes, unless you can connect the phones via a different public IP address than the one that was banned.

Great, thanks John. I'll confirm if I can successfully provision the phones after the ip ban is lifted.
