  1. Problem upgrading 18 to 20

After a disastrous attempt to upgrade v18 to v20 last year, I thought I'd try again. Even though v18 is working perfectly, it feels like I'm being pushed to upgrade to v20. This time it gives up rather than doing a bad upgrade, which I suppose is an improvement. The first 'fail' I find in the...
  2. Can't receive incoming calls on S21 Ultra

Yep, that's enabled (and I'm not on the lock screen, I'm looking at the dialer screen while I use my wife's phone to call my DDI number)
  3. Can't receive incoming calls on S21 Ultra

No. I tried that - makes no difference whatsoever. As I said, the app (at some level) *knows* there's an incoming call - icons disappear, and it notifies my watch - it just doesn't ring and give me the option to answer the call.
  4. Can't receive incoming calls on S21 Ultra

3CX v18 update 9 (build 20). Android app 20.0.0 in the past few days, my 3CX app doesn't seem to handle incoming calls correctly. It knows there's an incoming call, because the availability icon & queue icon disappears when there's an incoming call - but the phone doesn't ring and I can't...
  5. V20 - File not found when calling a Queue

Maybe - but if I'm going to reinstall v18, then I'll probably just stick with that until v20 comes out of beta and has an update or two, and try it again then.
  6. V20 - File not found when calling a Queue

    Exactly the same problem
  7. V20 - File not found when calling a Queue

Do you mean 'on hold music'? If so, I tried other options for that, and got the same error.
  8. V20 - File not found when calling a Queue

(Build 1620) Hi, we had a problem with 3CX being hacked, so I restored an old VM backup, changed all the passwords I could find, clamped down on our external firewall, and decided to upgrade everything in case of security updates - I upgraded from v18 to v20 without being aware that it was...
  9. Solved "Inbound Rules" option missing

Thanks. Clearing the cookies fixed the problem. Not sure why a cookie would just stop one menu option from being available... But, anyway, it worked. Thanks
  10. Solved "Inbound Rules" option missing

I'm a bit puzzled. We've been using 3CX (Professional) for years. Recently we moved it to Linux, and now we've upgraded to 16.0.4.504, and I've just noticed that there doesn't seem to be any way to set 'Inbound Rules'. The option is just missing. Has it moved, or has it just magically...
  11. Solved Yealink T26P firmware

For what it's worth, with a bit of help from Yiannis @ 3CX I found the problem. Our DHCP server was giving out a 'boot file' option (option 66) of the old provisioning URL of http://<server>:5000/provisioning/, but the new version of 3CX needs http://<server>:5000/provisioning/firmware/. The...
  12. Solved Yealink T26P firmware

On the 3CX computer (which is where I'm also using the console), nslookup for downloads.3cx.com gives me an IP address of 151.80.125.73. Going to that page in a browser does what you say it should. I upgraded from v14 to v15 (didn't know which SP it was, just downloaded v15 from your site...
  13. Solved Yealink T26P firmware

FWIW, here's a screenshot of the Phones page Ignore the Aastra phones. Those are from when Aastra phones were supported by 3CX. They're working fine, but I know they're my responsibility to look after and make work. It's the two T26Ps that are the "problem" here, because their firmware won't...
  14. Solved Yealink T26P firmware

Sorry, it's a T26P. There isn't a ....\firmware_new folder. The ....\firmware folder (and others around there) just have the older firmware from ages ago - 6.61.0.83, so I guess it hasn't downloaded the latest firmware - but how do I make it download it, because it says it's all up to date...
  15. Solved Yealink T26P firmware

I've just upgraded v14 to v15 (after a router failure and v14 behaving very oddly after the router was replaced). Now, it is sort-of working, but it's not right. The first problem is that my Yealink phone has firmware 6.73.0.50 (the latest from Yealink's site), but apparently there's a...
