    what happens if a ticket with 3CX needs to be opened, and unsupported phones are discovered? Also, at the latest release of firmware, the icons on the main page are gone, and thus dont match phones at the correct firmware level. lovely. will 3CX be updating the supported firmware anytime soon...

    on a cell phone, if your leaving a voicemail and mess up....its common to press #. 3CX offers the same. imagine your calling in sick and didnt like what you said... this is easily replicated and tested....call logs show that the voicemail box ended the call as well, so it was easy to locate...

    yes, per the Teams integration, the Teams VM has been disabled completely. iOS/Teams sees the calls as "busy" it seems, and thus routes to 3CX coverage instead.

    I cant believe this is such a process now to do the most basic of functions...i find myslef having Avaya IP Office Basic edition flashbacks. Everything is a work around.

    the warning in 3CX, still states the wrong link when an invalid file is attempted to be added via Management console. I used that site a lot, i hope they resolve this issue.
