    That explains it - I have version 15.0.59381. I hold the upgrade because when I was in the previous version everything was working fine such as the template etc. Upgrading to 15 caused a lot of issues which is why I opted not to update anything again.

    Hi, My maintenance license has expired. My reseller have confirmed that the license has been renewed. I have tried changing the DNS, flush the DNS, restart the server but still no luck. Can I get any advise? - I have a feeling that the license is still not active on 3cx end. Thanks

    Hi Yiannish, It is in the same subnet, the phones and the 3CX server are in the same VLAN. When I click on re-provision, the phone reboots but it doesn't apply the changes.
