    Several times we’ve seen Comcast router/modems block a specific IP and even IP: port, IIRC. Try just powering off their modem for 30 seconds.

    @OBMTC-Admin Per other posts trial keys cannot use 3CX SMTP, you need to configure your own.

    Even with blocked sign ins? Normally if using 365 SMTP we set up a connector, which can use anytext@domain sender.

    Did you try logging in as the system owner? Roles can’t necessarily see/modify higher level users. If you try to create another with the same extension number it will fail if it exists. Do you have a backup?

    If it’s not the above SMB/Free issue, phones would need an SBC or router phone (“connect directly “) to connect. The S models can’t do that.

    No the router phone only handles its network. If you connect new phones on a network with a router phone/SBC they will appear in 3CX under PnP.

    FWIW I have learned when anyone says their contacts are missing in Outlook, what they really mean is autocomplete isn't populating. "Trust but verify." ;)

    My bad, I was looking at the original post. OP could set up the phone, change its IP to static, and send it. (or use a DHCP reservation at the other site) A scenario we've run into a few times is a business owner who takes their phone home to work, and router phones using DHCP are just portable...

    If using it to proxy other phones, totally agree, but OP wants the phone to be portable and not use it for any others.
