How do we get in contact with sales?

Hello,

I have been attempting to contact 3CX Sales for the past three days without success. I have called several of the published Contact Sales numbers, but each call routes to the same recording advising me to complete the online contact form.

I submitted the contact form and received a ticket number; however, I have not yet received a response from a sales representative.

Our organization operates globally and needs to complete our vendor-registration process for 3CX. We are specifically evaluating a self-hosted, on-premises Enterprise-tier deployment. At this point, we are unable to download the required server software because the process directs us to contact Sales, which we have been unable to do.

Could someone please provide the appropriate North American sales contact or advise on the best path to engage with a sales representative so we can proceed?

I would not have known about the shutdown had I not found this forum, which required me to start a cloud-hosted trial just to gain access.

That is not an ideal customer experience, particularly for organizations evaluating an enterprise, self-hosted deployment. There should have been a clear notice on the main website and Contact Sales pages advising that the sales team would be unavailable and when normal response times would resume.

The blog is avaiable to anyone. You dont need an account here. Anyway, i would do this with a 3cx partner to have someone avaiable in my region to get support or any other help.

They don't usually do that; it's best to just contact one near you and ask for a quote.
