Hello,

Our IT guy left recently. Suddenly today, our phones quit working. In looking through the programming in 3CX, it appears that in formation is now missing. I've managed to get calls to terminate at our main phone number. My difficultly now is I am trying to make a phone device (Yealink T42S) ring. We have worked through the steps to add an IP phone but on the final screen, the prompts are grayed out and the system will not let us add.

I am willing to pay for tech support, does anyone do this?

Or if anyone has any insight as to why we can't add the Yealink phone to our system?

Our phones have been dead all day, if anyone can guide us in a direction we would be most appreciative.

Are you using the free SMB version or an actual license you paid for? From what I could deduct for this, it sounds like you were using free SMB and phones stopped working since SMB now is a Basic version that does not allow IP Phones.

You would need to move to a commercial license to reuse your phones.

We can help if you wish. Feel free to DM.

If it’s not the above SMB/Free issue, phones would need an SBC or router phone (“connect directly “) to connect. The S models can’t do that.
