    The partition is only 9.2G. Looks like 1.7G is used by voicemail. I'm attempting to clean up some of that but it still seems unreasonable that the partition is so small with 400G available in /home.

    Hmmmm. This problem arose after my upgrade to 18 borked. I reinstalled and restored earlier this week. The install set up the partitions. I wouldn't expect repeating the process to help. Can't install gparted due to the same problem, insufficient free space..
