    Oh i checked twilio and i was on the free plan. I had to switch numbers in Verified Caller IDs. Once I did, the call went through immediately. Problem solved. Sorry about this.

    Ok Yiannish, I did your suggestion, and I get 3cx cannot reach the number, you called. The number may be incorrrect or unavailable. That's the same message I have been getting.

    I tried creating a 12-digit dial rule and nothing is working. This is really frustrating. So i was asking if i setup a brand new account would that work. Trying to troubleshoot this issue is not working and the delayed responses are not very helpful.

    I setup my twilio sip trunk per this exact guide then create outbound rules and 3cx is not honoring any rules. I've tested both termination and origin sources and it is working correctly. View the images below
