We have about 30 phones provisioned in this hosted system, one wasn't getting updates, so we deleted it, factory reset the phone, and tried to reprovision. The phone just says No Service in the upper left corner and does not want to provision. We've tried different phones, different users, different network connecitons, different SBCs, restarted 3CX on hosted server phones will just no longer provision.
Phones tested with are Fanvil X3U, X4U, X5U, and X6U.

This continues to be an issue. Have not been able to provision any phones since Friday afternoon.

Is there an SBC on the location?

Yes. Tried installing a second SBC and provisioning from that. No go. Tried provisioning from another location on another SBC. Phone will not provision.

Are you on the latest firmware versions?

On the phones? Not latest, but latest supported by 3CX.

Yes latest 3CX Supported.
The SBC is registered and show as green in the PBX?

Yes, all 3 SBCs that I tried to provision through showed as green. Restarted SBCs as well.

Hi,
Are phones permitted to access the internet in general? They will need http/https out to fetch provisioning URL, and also access to their configured time source for best results.

Best,
KS.

Yes, we had provisioned phones at this location just a couple hours earlier. Nothing had changed.

Hi,

Have you retried since? Wondering if there was any issue reaching the manufacturers provisioning service or similar.

Yes, have retried several times since, including this morning. Just re-verified firmware, Fanvil X5U-V2 on 2.12.20.

I've successfully provisioned those models on a Hosted by 3CX machine via SBC.

We have as well. We have about 30 of those phones provisioned on this particular system as recent as last Friday. Then Friday afternoon, it seems like this particular system just stopped provisioning any new phones.

Use your provisioning url and add /macaddress.cfg to see if you can download the config.

Also the Event Log can reveal a few things.

I have the cfg file. It appears to be fine. Nothing of interest really in the event log. It does show that I generated the cfg file.

Does it show that it generated it when you reboot the phone?
Does it show that RPS for MAC so-and-so was delivered?

Maybe the phones care barred from reaching the PBX for provisioning behind that specific network. It did work fine after all last Friday, maybe something changed on the network access.

I just restarted the phone. I do not see that in the event log.
I'm actually attempting this from 2 different networks and 2 different SBCs.

But was the MAC delivered, phones wont ask for any config unless the MAC is delivered to RPS.

I do see the RPS request...
