two Locations

Hi,


I have a customer with two restaurants and he wants both locations to operate under one phone number.


Restaurant A has the main router phone, and the other phones are connected to it. I can’t connect Restaurant B to the same router phone because Restaurant B is on a different network.


3CX is running in multi-tenant mode.


How can I solve this?

Hi @tikom

The way to solve this issue is to either install another router phone at Restaurant B or a dedicated SBC so that you can provision the rest of the phones behind the second Router Phone/SBC.
