Solved When pressing "microsoft" on login screen - Page not found

Hi

I have a problem with SSO and the Microsoft button, on the login screen for the softphone.
When I push the "microsoft" button for SSO, I the page changes to "page not found" error.
I have tried from different PC's, different browsers and incognito mode, nothing helped.
I see no errors in the event log and all services are running.
Can someone help me to what is wrong ?
