Hosted Server Question

Afternoon all

I've inadvertently created a 3cx hosted server which I don't need and I'm not sure how to remove this. Within our partner portal the only option I have in to unlink this.

Due to me setting this up error I don't have any of the login to logon to this instance.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, you can log in to the 3CX portal with the email address used to register the subscription, and you will have an option to stop

1. Go to the Product section and find Install Status.
2. Click Running to change the Hosting Status and choose Stop.
